This website is operated by Machware Teknoloji A.Ş (“Machware”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site describes who we are and what we do. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to perform work, professional advice, or a warranty about any outcome. Do not act on anything here without confirming it with us in writing.

The results described in our case studies and elsewhere on the site came from specific engagements, with a specific scope, team and starting point. Some details are generalised to protect client confidentiality. They are illustrations of work we have done, not a prediction or a promise of what any future engagement will achieve.

You may read, link to and share this site. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or to disrupt or overload them;
• scrape, harvest or systematically copy its content for a competing or commercial purpose;
• introduce malware, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
• frame or reproduce the site in a way that suggests an endorsement or association that does not exist.

Testing the security of this site without our written permission is not permitted. If you find a vulnerability, our Security page explains how to report it — we would like to hear from you.

The content of this site — text, layout, design, diagrams, source code and images — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. The Machware name and logo are our trademarks. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more — republication, adaptation, or commercial use — needs our written permission.

Third-party names and marks appearing on the site, including the technologies we list, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply a partnership, endorsement or certification unless we say so explicitly.

Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. Until a confidentiality agreement is in place, we cannot treat what you send as confidential. Send us enough to start a conversation, and we will put an NDA in place before you share anything sensitive.

If you send us an unsolicited idea, proposal or suggestion, you agree we are free to use it without obligation, payment or confidentiality. This does not affect any confidentiality agreement we have already signed with you, which continues to govern.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, and for having the right to send it.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so because we thought it was useful. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their terms apply once you leave ours.

We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the site, its content and its availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site or anything you relied on here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Services we perform for clients are governed exclusively by the agreement signed for that engagement — its scope, service levels, warranties, liability caps, confidentiality and data processing terms. Where these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data this site collects and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version is dated 4 September 2026.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that a consumer may also bring proceedings where the law of their residence entitles them to.
